Reality Control Computer Services has partnered with Avast to bring Avast CloudCare to our clients. Avast CloudCare has several services that can be installed on your machines either as single or multiple services that are then monitored by our team from a secure portal. Managed services allow us to monitor and react to issues that arise such as not running, not updating, out of space, virus detected, backup missed, and many more. Listed below are the key services that Avast CloudCare can offer to you and your business:

Antivirus - Protecting you and your business from viruses, malware, and other online threats with Avast’s award-winning antivirus solution.

Content Filtering - Block access to malicious websites and online distractions to keep employees safe and productive during their work hours.

Cloud Backup - Back up your important files securely to the cloud and keep your data protected.

Windows only.

Once ordered you will be emailed with the download which can then be installed on what ever number of machines you would like to back.

Billing is based data size and will be invoiced at start of the month.

Data pools are added and charged at $22 per 25gb of data.

The same data pool is used for all machines saving you cost across your network.

We will contact you to arrange remote access in order to setup your back

If we detect issues with your Cloud Backup we may contact you to fix problems.

First data charge will be invoiced at the start of the next month.
